This privacy policy explains how the Pointify Diamond mobile application ("the app", "we", "us") handles your information.
Summary
Pointify Diamond does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. The app runs entirely on your device. There is no account system, no analytics, no advertising SDK, and no third-party telemetry.
What data the app stores
All of the following is stored locally on your device only, in the app's private Room database and Android Preferences DataStore. It never leaves the device unless you explicitly export it.

What we do NOT collect
- No name, email, phone number, address.
- No advertising identifier, device identifier, IP address.
- No usage analytics or crash reports.
- No location.
- No microphone or camera access.
- No contacts or calendar.
Permissions the app requests
- Internet — not requested. The app does not access the network.
- Storage Access Framework (SAF) — when you tap "Export history", the system asks where to write a JSON file. The app does not browse storage on its own.
- No other runtime permissions.
Sharing
When you tap "Share game result", the standard Android share sheet opens. The app passes a plain-text summary to whatever app you choose. We do not control or see what happens after that.
Backups
Android's standard automatic system backup is enabled (android:allowBackup="true"). That means your device may include the app's local database in your Google Drive device backup. This is handled by Android itself; we have no access to those backups. You can disable it in your device's backup settings.
Children
Pointify Diamond is rated for everyone. It does not collect any data, so it complies with COPPA and the EU GDPR-K by default.
Changes to this policy
If the app ever starts collecting data, this policy will be updated and the change will be announced in the next release notes.
