How to Play Uno
Uno is a fast and fun card game for 2 to 10 players. Here are the official rules:
Game Objective
Be the first player to get rid of all your cards. When you have only one card left, you must shout "Uno!" or you must draw two penalty cards.
Setup
- 2 players: 7 cards each
- 3+ players: 7 cards each
- Deal one card face up in the center (the discard pile)
Game Flow
On your turn, you must:
- Play a card of the same color or number as the top of the discard pile
- If you cannot play, draw a card
- If this card can be played, you may play it immediately
- Pass your turn if you drew a card
Special Cards
- Skip (+0): The next player skips their turn
- Reverse (+0): Changes the direction of play
- Draw Two (+2): The next player draws 2 cards and skips their turn
- Wild: Choose the next color
- Wild Draw Four (+4): Choose the next color, next player draws 4 cards
End of Game
The first player to get rid of all their cards wins. Other players count points from remaining cards.
Scoring
- Numbers (0-9): face value
- Skip, Reverse, Draw Two: 20 points each
- Wild, Wild Draw Four: 50 points each
